Andy Hebb has worked for over 5 years
in a technology commercialisation and business support role
for both industry and academic based clients across the
environmental, engineering and materials science sectors.
Expert in sourcing value adding project partners and finance
he has worked directly with the R&D community to submit
projects to UK and European initiatives, and currently sits on
the supervisory board of an EC funded Marie Curie network
advising on impact, dissemination and transfer of skills. Andy
also writes research and commercial contracts for HEIs
involved in clinical trials and materials transfer agreements
for the medical sector. Andy's previous work for Castrol and
Reckitt Benckiser, a PhD (Chemistry) and training from the
London Business School and Praxis Unico ensure a solid level
of understanding of the innovative client base and their needs
across the UK and Europe.

Peter Hicks has over 35 years experience
working with many innovative technology companies worldwide,
including extended periods spent working internationally in
Silicon Valley and France. Peter worked as one
of the General Managers of ARM Holdings PLC where he
introduced many successful products that are still used today
in multiple applications. Throughout his career, Peter has
worked in a number of electronic engineering start-up
companies in a range of roles, including design consultant,
marketing and sales, both in the US and Europe. Peter holds a
BSc in Electronics from the University of Surrey and an MSc
from UMIST in Integrated Circuit Design.

Ron Oren has hands-on experience with
R&D in both academic and industrial settings. Educated to
PhD level (Cambridge, 2009), Ron has done research centred on
materials science, mostly for sustainability and renewable
energy sources. He also has a thorough grounding in
biotechnology and a solid understanding of
engineering. Ron’s experience with commercialisation of
technology and product development stems from his time working
for LTN, where he provided business support to companies
active in environmental technologies. During this time, Ron
published > 50 technology profiles for his clients on a
match-making database (resulting in concrete deals for 10 of
the profiles) and countless direct introductions between
contacts in his network.

Jolyon White is a successful, senior
commercial manager, with over 10 years experience reporting to
board level in the technical, dynamic and highly regulated
environment of an international company and seven years in the
strategically complex area of the “not-for-profit” company. He
specialises in strategic management of international business
development projects, delivering long-term, multi-million $
contracts. Operating at the interfaces between
organisations - public and private, Jolyon has developed
relationships and closed deals with companies from small
biotech to blue-chip pharmaceutical majors. He draws upon his
broad background and ability to manage inter-cultural
relationships to ensure that a common understanding is quickly
created between the parties involved and to generate a genuine
long-term team commitment and loyalty to the projects that
result from the transaction.
